What Tracker is
TrackerX is a purpose-built business platform developed in-house by MD2S for the manufactured housing market. It tracks each home as a real unit, including labels, serial numbers, sizes, materials, options, dealer costs, fees, financing details, clients, interest, deals, dates, assignments, vendor lookups, commissions, and tenant-specific reports.
Why we built it
We built TrackerX because generic CRMs do not understand the Texas mobile home business. Retailers and communities need fast access to unit specs, buyers, lenders, manufacturers, creditors, AC companies, installers, dealer costs, fee breakdowns, sales reports, commissions, financing status, and required paperwork without rebuilding the same process in spreadsheets.
